We have a very simple cost system where we believe we get paid for when the work is done. We have No Upfront payments of any sort. The fee is paid once the sale is complete Which simply applies that there is a No Sale No Fee Policy in place.
So our Fee model is providing you all the services and once we have succeeded in selling your property, then you pay Horan Estates.
